Many communities are currently recycling aluminum, plastic, glass and oil. Some are not recycling at all yet sadly. We are here to help you begin recycling or compliment the recycling efforts of your community either through town wide collections or through community groups just looking to do annual collections of items to raise funds.
Your town or group can collect all of the items listed on our FAQ page from your entire community, county or even the state. Many community events such as fairs and walk-a-thons are great places to set up a collection. Town hall, the town dump even the police or fire station can make great year round collection points.
Perhaps most important to the success of a community wide collection is to make sure you advertise clearly the items you can collect. Make sure that during the collection process you only accept items that can be recycled. (See our FAQ page for more) Book Drives Inc will provide you with boxes if you don't have any, posters, and will provide a freight carrier to your location to take the items to our warehouse.
Perhaps even greater is that we at Book Drives Inc will fund the planting of at least one tree for every item we sell on your behalf. Your community can reduce, reuse, recycle and plant trees all while raising funds for your community projects!
