In today's world we see carbon dioxide levels rising, forests dwindling, living species disappearing at a rate not seen since the dinosaurs were wiped out some 65 million years ago. In many places around the globe once blue skies have now given way to a sad mix of dreary grays, yellows and browns like in our own LA. Humans are using the natural resources of our planet to power our everyday lives to provide us with the newest and brightest technology. Often we are oblivious to the impact our everyday lives have on the environment not only in our own communities, but across the entire planet.
Recently communities, colleges and universities all over the world have begun to commit themselves to environmental sustainability programs in their town and on their campuses. However they are struggling for the funding necessary to accomplish their goals. Wind and solar power programs, tree planting programs, awareness and of course recycling.

Book Drives Inc has had a program running strong for 5 years now helping these groups accomplish their goals through book recycling programs. More recently Book Drives Inc can help with electronic media and devices. All of these items return the highest dollar return per item sold to the collecting organization to help them fund their projects. When the items cannot be sold Book Drives Inc has them recycled 100% so that nothing goes to landfills.
At Book Drives Inc, we take our mission to the next level. We are funding the planting of at least 1 tree for every item we sell on behalf of our partners.
When it comes to materials Book Drives Inc reuses everything. Nearly 100% of our boxes used for shipping items to our warehouse are reused. Packing material is reused or recycled and has never been bought new.
No other company like us takes its environmental mission more seriously then we do. By reducing, reusing, recycling and even more RE-GREENING we are leading the industry into the future often mimicked but never matched.
